HTC HD7 Problem

I've just got hold of the HTC HD7 WP7 it is supposed to have a dedicated Facebook upload option but mine is missing and to upload to Skydrive is impossible "We can't upload pictures at the moment. Try again later" message every time.

This is a very strange phone it seems to have gone backward in time as there are very little user settings. But where is the upload to Facebook gone?
