My screen has cracked

Hi well good news they are sending me a new SF tommrow in exchange for the broken one, i asked the Orange Custom Service rep. I can't delete my files on my SF because (the screen's broke) but he said that in exchange for the new phone they'll take the broken one, and it'll get sent to Orange and it'll be wiped and then sent on to the manufactuer to be repaired and sold as a refurb. Will I need to put the stock rom on? I'm guessing they'll do a TPT or something like that of the Stock ROM or if i cant will they even be bothered to check for a custom rom?

Need a blind how to, to install a custom rom without a working screen im running clockwork 3.0.1.4

Any suggestions?

you need a card reader

copy the tpt image in /image of the sdcard

turn your phone on with volume +

let the phone alone for 10 minutes

do you know where to find a tpt image for b08 image? or wil it be too late for orange to do anything about it about a custom rom on it? they say they wipe everything and send it to the manufactuer (ZTE) and that will be sold as a refurb. the replacement is coming tommrow morning in replacement for the screen cracked one.

I'm just gunna leave it with a custom rom when the courier comes to collect it, orange will think its too late or as soon as they get it they will proberly do a tpt wipe with a orange rom and send it to ZTE

Hi! I also had an accident with my San Francisco...I had it in my purse that went on the floor...and my screen broke...my San Francisco was bought from Switzerland but I live in Romania. In Romania we don't have San Francisco on the market...but I am very curious about the warranty...if it covers also the broke screen. Can someone tell me something about this?

I really wait for your answers...Would be a great help...because I really like this smartphone
