Will orange care i've got a custom ROM on my device?

Hi, my screen cracked on my SF (told them it was charging and the screen cracked) a new or refurb is coming today and I need to know defianetly that they check through the data or wipe it (they said they'll wipe data and send it to ZTE) do i need to be worried about a custom rom on there, if so where do i find a way of flashing the B08 Orange UK Rom through fastboot? or is it too late for them to do anything?

Well, nobody can tell you for definite if anyone at Orange is going to check whether you have a custom rom on there. Also, it depends on how it is being replaced because Orange UK recently took my broken SF and physically handed me the replacement at the doorstep (via courier). So in that case, nobody had a chance to check my old phone for changes, etc.

The funny thing is that somehow you managed to get a custom ROM on your phone but that you didn't manage to find your way to the "Current Known / Available ROM's for the ZTE Blade, Understanding ROM's / Complete List / Comparison Table" thread:

In that thread there are a load of Orange stock ROMs.

I flashed that on there, with a broken screen on mine, but I didn't bother to do anything else, like try and remove clockwork (not sure if that gets removed when flashing or not).

Not even going to suggest that you should have sorted this before you arranged collection of your phone 'cause then I'd sound like an annoying parent :D

Thanks for that frenchdroid I'm just downloaded the B08 Rom and now gunna flash the boot.img and the recovery.img even though the SS Rls2 is still on there, through fastboot. Annyoying parent LOL

I've already tried flashing the stock rom yesterday through clockwork but i dont know if it went through i've just flashed the boot and recovery from the B08 UK ROM
