Lock hardware button

One annoying thing I've found is that when carrying my vega around in my bag the power button (or back button) keep getting pressed and turning the screen on (and lowering my battery quite substantially). Is there a way that anyone can think of of turning the Screen Rotation Lock switch to act like a normal Lock switch for the hardware buttons?

Great idea. Would be interested in this too as I suffer the same problem.

Have a search in the Market almost certain to be an app to do that already. Have heard mention of one called Button Savior (or some such) which might have such functionality. :D
