Guest pete-the-feet Posted March 29, 2011 Report Posted March 29, 2011 Hi, Recently installed Modaco Froyo custom rom r12. Everything went fine. Only issue so far is when texting. If word prediction is turned off, keyboard works as expected. If word prediction is turned on, then keyboard 'pops-down' when the first character is entered. Currently have Gingerbread 1.0.9 and Touchpal 1.1.0 installed. Any ideas? :D P.

You can get a later version from the market which works fine though. Never did find a resolution, I wonder if it something to do with incorrect permissions on the DB :D

I changed to Gingerbread by holding an input box and selecting input method. Seems to have done the trick. :D
