Phone keeps disabling vibrate by itself

Hi. I've been running on FLB Froyo r9 for about a month but have been having this problem within the last few days. Basically my phone is left on silent mode all the time with the vibrate option set to always but my phone randomly changes it to 'only in silent mode'.

Even under this setting the phone should vibrate when I receive calls but it doesn't. Even the vibrate icon is still displayed in the notification bar but it won't vibrate again until I manually change the vibrate setting back to always.

Upgrade to a newer version

Updating to r11 didn't fix the problem. Anyone know if it might be an app causing this before I do a clean install?

The "turn to Mute" option in sound - is that off?

Turn to mute is off. It's quite a weird problem and I haven't seen anyone else with it. I don't know if it's an app causing it as I've installed a lot recently but the rom was fine for nearly a month. Thanks for your help
