Fastest ROM?

Hi, was just wondering if the roms all run at different speeds on the osf? If some improve the benchmark or some decrease it, if so which is the best /fastest Tom?

I've had my best Quadrant score using CyanogenMod 7 RC3.

Care to do A LITTLE research before you post this? I swear I've seen the same thread over and over...

But I will answer anyway...

If your looking for faster gaming, etc, then Cyanogenmod 7. As it is based on android 2.3.

If you want a day to day ROM, then Flb r11 is very snappy all round (menus in CM7 can be a little laggy) - however, its not quite as fast as CM7 for gaming.

It all depends on your definition of fast.

Best quadrant score I got was on FLB 11b, got a score of 900.

SS3 I got a score of 550.

For me flb's rom is more responsive when scrolling through apps in the drawer and in the menus.

you can't rely on quadrant scores

stagefright makes the quadrant score falsly high in alot or roms such as FLB.

just try a few out :D

so with stagefright you divide by 2 more or less 730
