Orange account on phone playing up

every time i try to check my account by phone it says "Please check wireless controls in settings", i havent changed any settings, i rang up orange they reset my account, and still the same problems. Any ideas of what i need to do so i can access my account when out and about?

Same problem here... using stock Orange ROM and app. I can log in fine on the Orange website on the phone but not using their app.

Hi all, thanks for the posts. I've had the same issue with my new Orange San Francisco since I turned it on a few days ago. I can log into Orange Your Account via the Orange website on a laptop but not via Orange's own Google Android app. Very annoying. Anyone have a solution?

I've been told that the follow works for some people.

Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Your Orange

and Clear Data.

Unfortunately, I tried this and it made no difference. I've read some pretty poor reviews for that app, so perhaps the problem is arising from something else. I swear that on the first day I got my S.F. I selected an option on the phone somewhere and I got my balance sent as a text message a little while later, but I cannot be certain if it was from Your Orange or not.

Edit: I worked out that I obtained my balance from the SIM Toolkit that Orange provide. The Your Orange app has never worked for me.
