Whose devices get Google's OS updates the sooner ?

Dear reader,

I am looking for devices that receives any Android OS updates as soon as possible as Google makes them available.

Some devices looks like being not capable of receiving those firmware patches dut to many reasons:

-Telephony company add some garbage apps and takes so long to update their OS base

-Device manufacturer although may add some apps

So the question is about whose device manufacturer and telephony company can offer the soonest Android updates ?

It would probably be either google or htc for official updates. If your phone doesnt get any love from the manufacturer theres always the lovely people at xda with up to date roms. Cyanogen is good and is available for most devices.
