(Q) Start Menu Skin

Hi boys, I have got a question. There are many versions of Start menu skin. My question is: can we change the Start menu skin, or it depends on your build?

The left image. This I want to have on my Omnia.

And this one is another version of Start menu skin.

There are many another versions....

I mean the style of Honeycomb menu, not the Start menu like a list, grid sector or something else...I Mean the skin of Honeycombs...
