cant boot into recovery mode after installing jellyfish rom

I installed the latest jellyfish rom on my zte blade the other day. I have just tried to put froyo 2.2 on it but everytime i try to boot into recovery mode it hangs on the android symbol

I have tried clockwork app and the other way by holding down the volume button after rebooting the phone but it still freezes

Can anyone help me out ?

just reflash a new clockwork image. it probs screwed its self up.
