Can't send MMS with Wireless enabled

Hello Peeps,

First post here, thanks to the guides here I have successfully unlocked my San Francisco and installed the Swedish Spring RLS3 rom.

I am having an issue with MMS settings though.

I am using my iPhone O2 Contract pay monthly sim in the SF. If I selected O2 Pre PAY MMS. I can send and receive MMS settings just fine.

If I then enable the wifi and connect to my home network, the MMS messages fail to send.

I can successfully surf the web from the SF on both the wifi and 3G

Can anyone provide any assistance?

Cheers

As a test I changed the ROM to the latest Jellyfish.

Went to the APN settings and set the APN to O2 UK Postpay MMS

Sent an MMS works fine, enabled Wifi, attempted to send another message and just hangs on Sending.

If I then turn the Wifi off the MMS is sent.

Can anyone help?

Have I missed something obvious?

Thanks for replying,

Wow,

So if the Wifi is on and I want to send an MMS, my only option is to disable the wifi?

Your phone should be able to send a MMS message even with wifi enabled, mine does.

When sending the MMS, the 3G symbol pops up briefly and then disappears when the message has been sent leaving only the wifi symbol again.

It's odd, logically I can't work it out.

I have tried two different ROM's. Both the same conclusion.

I am not adding any additional APN's merely selecting the O2 Pre Pay MMS. This works all day until I enable the wifi.

I can't see any settings around this feature. it irritating but disabling and re-enabling the wifi isn't too much of a hassle.

I am using my sim from iPhone on a Pay Monthly iPhone tariff. The APN is the correct one as it allows me to surf and send MMS.

Its like the Wifi is superseding the 3G, but won't allow the MMS to be sent when enabled.

I managed to fix the issue,

I have deleted all the existing APN's with APN backup and restore, I then created two new one's with the correct O2 Settings, I can send and receive MMS settings whilst on the wireless!
