Lock Screen Shortcut

Hi, I have Launcher pro installed and works great for me but I need some help in developing a shortcut to lock the screen using the the Launcher settings. I can create a shortcut but I need the following information for the android system:

Shortcut Label:

Action:

Package name:

Class name:

MIME type:

Data:

Categories:

Extras (Type / Name / Value):

Thanks one more thing, I need to setup two email accounts on my android through K9-Mail but so far my attempts have been frustratingly unsuccesful. It works fine on the standard email app but that is none to useless, please can someone provide the necessary settings to load up both a Live Mail account and Hotmail account, including port information
