NO signal on replacement San Francisco

The power button on my original San Francisco broke and I had my replacement today, I installed my o2 right away and used an unlock code.

For the 11 hours that I've had the phone It's only had signal for less then 30 mins.

It won't give signal with an Orange sim in stalled!

It does tend to connect more out side but indoors it's terrible.

I've update to 2.2 and I did wipe the data caches before I flashed the original ROM and it still wont give me a signal.

Is the antenna broke or have I done something wrong?

Sounds faulty, I would send it back

I've just had my third replacement in a row.

1st - non responsive screen after 3 months of usage

2nd - proximity sensor not working (got 3 days ago)

3rd - Received a few hours ago, and testing all features to make sure it is 100% right.

What you've described sound like a faulty antenna to me. From my experience que Quality Control at Orange for the refurbished phones is crap (because all the replacement phones are refurbished as far as I can tell) as some of the refurbished phones are not fully working.

If I were you I would keep asking for replacements until I got one 100% right.
