Setcpu from the market supports the Tegra2, the guy that oc'ed the Xoom is the guy that writes setcpu :D Setcpu lets you specify custom cpu speeds, so I guess overclocking would be as simple as telling it to run at 1200mhz in stead of 1000mhz, but without the ability to specify the vcore, it might not be possible to oc it that much B)

The kernel needs to support the speed you wanna use and the stock kernel only support of to 1GHz so someone needs to make the correct changes and release a custom kernel.
