Hi, I have this model Car Charger Nokia DC-4. If I buy this adapter CA-146C will I be able to seamlessly use the charger for San Francisco.

If that is the correct adapter then it should work..

But more importantly the Output voltage of that charger has to be 5v and more than 500ma (600ma+) do be able to charge the device (1a is preferred)

i bought a in car charger from poundland yes poundland and it works great

Idea is that I got this car charger and use it for my Nokia, if there is no problem to use it to San Francisco with adapter, it would be great. According to the label output is 890mA.

thanks for information, but I wonder why my standard home charger is 5v output, while charger for a car is 5,7V output??

I'd like to add that Blade will not under any circumstances draw more than 700mA, so you won't be seeing any difference between say 800mA and 1.2A chargers.
