Instead of Upgrading to RLS9 go to Swedish Spring RLS4b its alot more recent than the Japanese ROM and I think its alot more stable you can just upgrade normally (no wiping data, etc)

Guest Ron=) Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 * Remove the battery * Put the battery back in * Hold the Volume Down button turn the phone on * Use Volume Up / Down to move between options * Use Home key to select an option * Use Back key to go back * From the clockwork menu choose: mounts. * From the clockwork menu choose: mount USB Drive. * Plug the phone in, copy the ROM file, unmount on the PC * Choose from the main menu install zip fom sdcard * Choose the 2nd item choose zip from sdcard * Choose the ROM - for gingerbread you want to use Cyanogenmod for a stable froyo use SS or FLB * From the main menu choose: Reboot
