Guest PatriciaPadua Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 I did a firmware update and after that my tablet never turned on. I don't know if the battery finished while updating the firmware, but after that it not turn over, or enter into Download mode. I can not put in download mode. It no answers, nor is it recognized by the PC.Can you help me recover it?
