hi i just got a sanfrancisco unlocked of ebay i can ring and text but wont go on the internet or email it says error validating phone number,need help please

Make sure the APN's are correct for your network operator. Can you see if you have a data connection in the status bar ? Can you get on the internet using WiFI ?

What network operator are you with

Is it pre pay or pay as you go

What rom does the phone have

Have you checked to see if WIFI works

Have you checked your APN settings

Have you checked to see if "Data" is "Enabled"

hi sorry for delay am in uk am on the 3 network i can ring and text but not email and internet,its orange san fransico on the 2.1 software

when i go through the set up get as far as email it says error validating phone number how do i set apn thing your talking abt

for some resone the internet working and android market workin but still no joy with email

hi need help today i left house and the internet not working cant get 3g going am on three network contract,please help,cherrs all works when on wifi at the data connection it says data connection failed, would love a bit of help,update finalay worked it out(i think) will report back
