Imo, i would choose the CyanogenPulsePlus by Antonio.. its very fast and its updated and has more features compared to the flb 2.1 rom.

When the last time you downloaded the ROM.. because i faced a similiar problem to you, when the ROM was first released.. ever since the ROM has been working fine with me... Check out the ROM now.. it has the aneign camera.apk.. which has the first :D

Then you did not install Cyanogenmod Plus by Antonio (based on CM6.1), or you did not install it correctly. If you install it correctly, you will not have those problems you listed.
