How to enter into recovery mode? :(

Yesterday I made a BIG mistake, I format sdcard instead of /system! :D

After that I push again my FR7 rom, but the sdcard wasn't enabled for the recovery, using adb shell I saw the zip file, but the recovery didn't.

It was late, so I quit all and went to bed.

Now I can't enter the clockworkmod recovery and Android don't boot, so how can I enter the recovery to flash a new rom?

You have to push to /sdcard/_ExternalSD not the internal one!

Enter clockworkmod by turning on with volume down and power held until it appears...
