P.S im not a devs or someone who can rip ROM's or take apart an OS to port over , hence why im asking you guys :D

Sorry but that is pretty damn near impossible.

WP7 + WebOS are both closed source.

gremlinman, is it you?

My thoughts exactly - was just looking back to the last discussion (if that's the word) of this topic. Here's a link, which this board will inevitably break...

Sure, my rate is £50 per hour and it will take me 5 years and I need 50% upfront.

Oh and you will need to provide all sources and documentation and hardware specific drivers.

Cheers, Nick.

Yes, it is very easy. Simply rip the rom from e.g. HTC Mozart, and flash it to Blade. It will run seamlessly.

Of course! But only if it's an open-source chair! B)

You could but the stool would run better. B)

I was thinking of the same about Meego yesterday, since its opensource, and linux-based too just like our droid.

But as i saw, its only available for Intel Atom and ARM(7?) //N900, so i dropped the idea ^^.

edit Arm Cortex A8

I think Blade does not meet minimum WP7 requirements (CPU, internal storage size and probably some less important things).

If you want to try as many OSes, take a look at HTC HD2. It is a WinMo phone, but community has ported Android, WP7 and even Meego.

That's correct, WP7 requires a Snapdragon processor or higher, a HDPI screen and I think 512MB RAM and 8GB of built in storage. Besides, it's closed source so it's next to impossible.

This thread is a trap!

Holy crap he's right! *Runs*

[btw if you're that desperate, get Launcher7. Looks like WP7, customizability and app diversity of android, and actually VERY functional as a launcher. I use it as my main launcher, not because of looks (though it is sexy) but because it's really very useful!]
