I faile in UnlockSim. Please help me.

I failed in unlocking the sim and my phone is at Limited Service status. Could you please help me out?

I bought a new HTC Desire HD. I tried to unlock the sim card by the following procedures.

1)Temproot now

2)Attempt　Permrootroot now

After reboot, it becomes Limited Service.

Then by the 3rd procedure.

3)Radio S-Off, Supre-CID and SimUnlock (usual) by the software of "Desire HD easy radio_soff.exe"

The previous software showed "Done", but the device was still at that status and remained unchanged after reboot.

I tried "Unroot Now", but the device still can not return to normal status that allows me to make a call.

My Baseband is 12.28b.60.140eU_26.03.02.26_M

build number is 1.35.762.2.
