Help with Warranty Request @ Orange

I need to get my OSF warranty replaced, since it cannot boot anymore.

Unfortunately Orange require one to call them before sending the device, which I cannot do.

That's why I ask you Modaco members if anyone please could help me give them a call, give them all the info needed and I will then send the device to them by myself.

If a kind soul is willing to help me, PM me and we give it a try.
