Huawei U8230 - No sound on calls

Hello I had some problems the other day hearing phone calls. At first it started to give some breaks (like network breaks), as I as using a moded ROM, I thought maybe it's from this. Today when making a call I realized I have no sound, only if I check the Speaker ON option. :D

Any thoughts? (phone is out of warranty)
