Looking (pointlessly) at ZTE's website for any kernel source update today I noticed this "interesting" news item...

Seems they have 'upset' Ericsson in some way...

while I'm sure it probably not in best interests to speculate on that too much, It does make me wonder what the ramifications for that could be....

These kind of things usually get resolved, but maybe zte doesn't have any patents to threaten them with.

Sorry, it works for free from Google news, I didn't realise it was paywalled. Stories that don't just repeat the press release are harder to find.
