USB not connected

Hi guys,

Just trying to connect my 2X to my PC via usb... when I connect it nothing at all happens.

Anyone else had this problem or know what might be wrong... very strange.

did you install the driver???

if not, you can only click the mass storage on the phone, and ur sd card and internal sd should show up.

Have been having a nightmare trying to install the driver all morning. Downloaded the "mobile phone support tool" and then used that to download the driver, it says it is installed but the phone still doesn't show up.

Where would I click on "mass storage" - on my old Hero it used to be a pop-up but on this phone, absolutely nothing happens when I plug the USB cable in.
