Downloading different file types

Is anyone else having issues downloading certain file types on the eee pad?

I have astro and have checked "enable browser downloader", I've also tried "Download all files" from the market but nothing seems to work.

I've tried the stock browser and Dolphin HD but I don't think it's a browser issue.

The download starts but dies almost instantly, I have a Galaxy Tab and a HTC Desire and can download anything on them.

Any ideas?

I haven't notice problems download loading per se but I did notice that when I downloaded the swiftkey beta keyboard via the stock browser it renamed the file extension as .htm instead of .apk
