light sensor for automatic brightness

Is it possible to tweak the sensor that controls the automatic brightness function?

I wanted the sensor to be a little less sensitive to light. cause when i have auto brightness on, I find that auto brightness gives a little more backlight than what is actually needed.

Or is it the same setting as the proximity sensor in advanced call settings?

cool! what does this do? I was hoping for me to control the setting manually like an app or something.. but il give it a shot anyway. thanks! will let you know how it goes. BTW flash with or without sign check?

I'm using t&l gingerbread .08. based on 4.008.08 gona try to redownload and reflash

whats MIUI3.18? i think MIUI roms dont have camcorder working so i dont want that

You must not reflash, I had used 1.4, later I will re-try with .08

ok……i had make mistake.it is miui3.5 of turecolor.it is full HW and easy to tweak auto backlight.

Miui on android 2.3.3, same as Cy-mod may tweak brightness levels.

Miui on android 2.2.2 as I know don't have this feature.
