The topic says it all!

If you were considering replacing your android device, which android device would you consider?

Our liquid was a well worth device, great community and always with newest Roms & Leaks.

I think its difficult to find this community!

So.... Which android device would you choose?

Guess I'll go for the HTC Pyramid/Sensation... I was considering the Samsung Galaxy S II, but HTC got my heart... Now I just have to sold my house and my dog to be able to buy it with the prices made in Portugal... (I say the Pyramid, but maybe something different appears Monday on HTC event and I change my mind)...

Considering latest locked bootloader issues with HTC devices (latest ones, but if someone can prove wrong what i read many times...), I think my next phone will be a google one, but not from this generation.. from the next.

I already own a Galaxy S and a Liquid MT, and ATM I can say that Liquid community is still the best!! :)

However,I'll definetely go for Galaxy S after my liquid :)

Not in any real hurry to get rid of my Liquid since it still is great (and very relevant thanks to this great community).

BUT I am waiting to check out the LG Thrill (AT&T Optimus 3D). If I don't like that (not real sure about LG, really want HTC or maybe another Acer), then I will wait for AT&T's LTE network to deploy (hopefully end of this year) to purchase my next phone. If nothing good comes on AT&T, then I might just wait for the third phone in the Nexus line with AT&T bands (hopefully LTE bands).

Why you are dreaming about HTC? :)

Bad camera, bugs, but great community that fixes all of this...

My next smart is SE Xperia Arc.. It's nicely done!

Best camera, unlocked bootloader, root tools provided by SE, Awesome picture quality and quite qood SE interface(I might change this to a adw, or might stay on it coz like some of solutions that SE did). That's all for buying this. But I buy this when price is lowering enough.. In our country it's about 25000 RUR(sorry, I'm lazy to convert to $ or pounds). I might buy SE in the internet but still not trust this method..

I guess I will go for something with Tegra2 in it. As of now, the only option is LG Optimys 2x. I'm waiting for other alternatives, my Liquid A1 still holds up nicely.

I also think that our A1 still holds on!

I think i'll be waiting for more dual core phones to come out or something with a Tegra2 chip...

Yeap, me too.

SE Xperia Arc is my next destination :)

World changed on my eyes :)

So, SE will swap with HTC and we'll get SE as the most supportable devices like HTC in some years ago :S

Already own a Nexus S, but I'll probably also get the Xperia Play since I love what I could do with ROMs and a 32GB SD card.

For me, I will probably get the Samsung Galaxy S II - Its camera is very important to me - also the screen.

I was about to order the LG Optimums 2x, but I did not like the screen and feel of the device. I just hate that the most powerful smartphone is also the most popular....

It's not exactly a replacement, but I just got a Nook Color that I'm absolutely in love with. Not the most powerful tablet, but the price is right and the dev community has been spectacular. Full CM support and Honeycomb in beta. It's been a good experiment to see what function a tablet would serve in my life. I will be keeping my A1 for the foreseeable future, love the active community here and new roms keep it from showing its age (1.5 years for me already!)

For the moment I will stay with Acer Liquid, why?

- I think a phone (with those up to 4.x" screens) is not suitable for reading books/heavy PDF/heavy gaming

- I think no phone is able to produce satisfactory indoors photo/video results

- I think no phone is suitable (for the screen size) to achieve a full experience web browsing

Therefore, I think all those Dual Core + heavy graphics suit more those big screen tablets than a phone. As Acer Liquid´s Snapdragon is able to run -fast- all Android apps + decent web browsing (that one you do on a phone) even with flash + receive e-mails, why would I replace my Acer Liquid?

I rather invest on a better tablet than on a better phone. I may replace Acer Liquid in the future for a Galaxy "III" or iPhone 5 but probably not on 2011.

My brother's got a Galaxy S and... WOW... that display really rocks!

I love AMOLED displays, so I think my next device could be a Galaxy S II.

The only problem is the price, too expensive yet :)
