Guest phil8715 Posted April 9, 2011 Report Posted April 9, 2011 (edited) I've received my Vega and i have modded it with r8. I have a couple of qustions though. On Facebook the timestamp is always an hour behind. I put installed clocksync and it put it back an hour. How can i get it back to the correct time? The second question is how can i get the stock browser to stay in desktop mode instead of mobile mode? Also which is the best browser to play Zynga games on Facebook such as Farmville and Cafe World? Enjoying the Vega so glad I bought this over the iPad. Edited April 9, 2011 by phil8715

Settings > Date & time Knock off the automatic click box Select time zone > “enter the correct time zone” Click on the automatic click box again. I don`t think there is with the stock browser , just use a different browser.

Open the browser, then type about:debug in the address field and hit enter. Nothing seems to load or change. While still in the browser tap menu ->more->settings and you will see a lot of additional options. scroll down to UAString and change it to Desktop. Now most pages load in normal mode.
