Can't connect via wi-fi or bluetooth (swiftp)

Hi there, I hope you can help me out please.

I'm trying to connect my ZTE Blade to my PC wirelessly but when I tired Bluetooth it found the phone ok but said it couldn't find the drivers. So I installed SwiFTP and then installed Cyberduck on my PC but when I type in the URL of the phone into Cyberduck it says that it can't find the server? The URL address I'm typing in is the exact same as it appears on the SwiFTP screen on the phone e.g. ftp://192 etc

Is there something simple I'm missing apart from a clue?
