Howto convert ZTE Blade Headset to 3pin

Hi!

I would like to know how I could convert the standard 4pin headset connector to a 3 pin connector, because my intercom on my motorbike needs a 3pin input.

The original Blade Headset has some resistors and capazitives near the microphone and I dont' know what they will do.

Can I simple connect left and right speaker for speaker output, the microphone for the other and at least ground for the last pin????

Don't know...

Any suggestions are welcome :-)
