PROBLEM GPS

Did you recently used a Sense ROM?

For some unknown reasons,Sense ROMs "damage" GPS part of the phone. The only solution is to reflash an Eclair bin,and after a Froyo bin. Then GPS should work again :)

After flashing the Eclair bin,flash again a froyo bin :) However take a look at batista70phone forum,there's a guide there ^^

Ok follow this procedure :

Just flash Sense rom again and start google map in it. It will say that GPS is off and ask you to enable it. When you enable it, power off phone and flash or restore your 2.2 rom. gps will be wroking

This procedure helped me when i "broke" my gps in sense rom

hi,

same issue here :unsure:

gps wont work for me with the latest miui rom,

so i test the cm7 rom but the same gps issue.

i install an acer rom and gps wont work

some hints which rom i ve to install

to get my gps working again?

which roms have i to install (name/version)

i test several roms but gps wont fix.

test it with gps status.

i test the sense rom the myhtc rom and some original roms....

all the same no gps.

i try it until 8 f***ing hours.

can you descripe one time?

wipe all data

install sense rom

boot sense rom

gps off

gps on

and then use malez recover?

go to google maps

try to locate your self via gps (should work than , actually this is what worked for me)
