Dead Liquid

Problem: Liquid was switched off and after i reattached battery, when i press ON\OFF button i feel only one vibration, same with recovery (3 vib.). Display doesn't turns on :)

I had connected USB in boot mode (pwr cam +) and use Acer tools to flash BIN, but have this: http://gyazo.com/675ed7f74ceb68763f3e515501c7b59f.png

It's after "processing DSP1".

What should i do?

P.S. when with connected USB i press button inside liquid, phone constantly vibrates and flashes with all three indicators (but still i can flash to "processing DSP1" and "not connected")

I tried to unplug\plug usb, tried to use another usb. Same problem :)

ADB says "device not found"

UPD: Now i have same, but display for a second shows color stripes and then vibration and 3 indicators flashing

Are you runing your flash tool in compatibilty mode, XP SP3 and Run as Administrator?
