I got the same too. I hope some one has the ability to modify it to work on the Vega. That would be awesome!!

If you read recent topic on same subject I'm afraid Skype does not support Android currently but I have found that Yahoo Messenger does :)

and does a decent job of it too :) mind you you have to install both the messenger app and the video talk yahoo "plugin" from the market

If you read all the chatter floating around the web about this today, you'll see this is specific software for the HTC Thunderbolt and it won't work on anything else.

But it does give hope that Skype may produce a generic Android video chat app sometime soon, maybe...
