Please help me with Samsung i900 from Asia

PLEASE HELP ME ......

A friend bought a very nice Samsung I908 for me in Hongkong, pda code: I900DXIA5 and Phone: I900XXHH9.

Everything works fine but.............. it is impossible to make contact with my PC, does not mather what OS, i tried it on XP and W7. so it is impossible for me to synchronize with outlook... and that's what i really want to do...

I phoned Samsung customer service in Holland (where i live) and there they told me that this never will be working because this phone was made for the Asian market and not for the European ?? :) :)

Who can help me and make it possibel for me to use this phone with synchronisation to my PC??? :)
