Contacts background problem

Hello,

i just installed cyanogenmod rom 7.00 and i noticed that when i enter contacts bakground is not black as it should be. i tried chaning theme, rebooting and all but it stays like that:

Try booting into recovery and installing the ROM zip again WITHOUT wiping.

It will replace system apps but not your apps or your data.

Everything should remain the same.

or maybe someone knows where is background this image stored, in which APK - so i can extract it, paint in in black and put it back. Thanks
