forgot unlock pattern and now email dont work

Hey sorry if theres a thread on this already or somethink, but im panicking lol i created a unlock pattern n then totally forgot it, i have failed to do the correct one like more then 15 times, and now its askin for my google mail account, i entered my username name (email ad) and password but it keeps sayin invaild username or password. im pretty sure the password is correct coz i jus changed it on the computer, please help... i havent flashed ma phone either.. :)

You need to use the old password becouse your phone wont recognise the new one as it hasent sync
