How to access SIM Card in Nexus S

Dear all ,

I need help how to access SIM Card in Nexus S device, from Daniel Information , if we want to access SIM we need SAT (SIM Application Tool KIt) and then he suggest me to use stk.apk, but while i use that step in Nexus S was not run....any suggest how and what we can do to access SIM Card in Nexus...my goal is want to make or store data encryption into the card (SIM)..
