Dialler for SF that's like the windows mobile dialler|

Hi,

I recently migrated from windows mobile (Kaiser) to Orange SF.

There are two things I miss from my Windown Mobile phone:

1. Synching with Outlook

2. The dialler that allowed a person to key in the persons name in the dialler with the alphanumerical keypad and voila, the contacts name would come up.

Is there an application for my dialler woes?

Thanks!

The default ZTE dialer allows that (using T9, unless you mean QWERTY?), synching with outlook is something Android is missing. I have no idea if any external application can fix that.

why still synching with Outlook? synching with Google is much more convenient.

Re: Dialer

AContact it's free from market and far more options than the ZTE Stock Dialer.

Most companies don't use Google for their mail services, forwarding mail to your gmail isn't exactly professional either.

Sure, then you don't want to sync with Outlook, but with Exchange, it is core feature of Android 2.x

Also try GoContacts it has a nice dialer, Youlou Dialer is another which is decent.
