Google Sky Map / compass screwy?

Is everyone's compass ok? Mine isn't working right.

Quite noticeable in Google Sky Map, it jumps about and shows wrong direction/orientation, on my DHD it's smooth as silk no matter how i twist the phone.

GPS Status and Compass (Catch) it's all jumpy too, sometimes right sometimes not. In GPS Status the mag field jumps about wildly from 48ish to 300ish. In Compass it says 'abnormal magnetic field detected' a lot.

How about everyone else?

Its certainly not as good as my Nexus One. Lets hope this is a software rather than hardware issue.....
