Exactly the same way you installed the Paul's ROM.

Copy the .zip to the sdcard, than select it with the CWM Recovery

should i choose the 'update' option or 'install'?

and how do i backup /system/framework/framework-res.apk??

Install zip from sd, than select file you have copied earlier.

To backup framework-res.apk you can either use

adb remount

adb pull /system/framework/framework-res.apk framework-res.apk

or make nandroid backup in recovery.

when i tried installing it with CWM it says 'cannot open file' and installation aborted! any ideas??

Which file version of the MOD do you use?

figured it out! just got to flash rom reboot then flash the battery mod, can't do both at the sametime and reboot all at once! thanks for everyones help! :)
