Adding o2 email address to ZTE

i upgraded from blackberry curve to ZTE blade, when i had a blackberry i registerd for an o2email.co.uk account with the blackberry but have no idea what the pop3 and smtp settings are to add it to my zte blade

if anyone has solved this problem or got any info that could help. thanks in advance!
