san francisco wont boot - shows "www.MoDaCo.com

hi,

i was trying to update the rom on my san fransisco from www.modaco.com

downloaded the rom: r12 i think

however it looked like i already had it installed (when i copied it onto the sd card it had a "(1)" after it)

I loaded the phone in recovery mode, went to "install zip from sd card", then "choose zip from sd card" then selected it.

now whenever i swith it on normally, it comes up with the green android man, then starts flashing every 15 seconds with www.MoDaCo.com and a man above it.

i can still boot in recovery mode but it wont switch on!

how do i fix it??

EDIT: i was then advised to clear cache and wipe so i did so, however when i boot the android man comes on then the screen goes black.

i then downloaded another rom (r10) but the same thing happened

put the rom you want on your SD.

then wipe cache,data, factory reset and davlik cache (all in clockwork). then (without rebooting yet) flash the zip from SD. then hit reboot system
