Think i've just done something very stupid

I successfully upgraded my phone from Gen1 > Gen2 and had it running SS RLS4b

I wanted to Install CM7 N39 and decided to use Rom manager to install it (because I'm lazy)

Problem was ROM manager wanted to flash the recovery and I rather foolishly let it, in doing so what I think I've just done is flash a recovery for a GEN1 phone onto what is now a GEN2.

Luckily it's not a total brick but recovery now doesn't work.

I guess I need to reflash A gen2 recovery from within the ROM now otherwise I'm forever stuck on this ROM?

And to add to the stupidity It looks like i've managed to post this in the wrong place, would a Moderator mind moving it for me?

yes: just flash a Gen2 recovery - recovery is a different partition - it wont effect your phone.

Think it might be sorted, used the recovery manager apk to flash RA recovery for Gen2 and that works...

But would rather have clockwork, just going to see if I can get that on there.
