ai album hard reset?????

can someone tell me how to do a hard reset

is this the best way to solve my problem

i had ai album installed on my sd card i wanted to change for a bigger card i uninstalled the programs changed the card and started to reinstall every thing all was ok untill i got to ai album that would not install now and when i go to remove programs on the phone it will not remove :)

First question, have you got All-explorer and is it installed on your phone?

if the answer to both questions is yes do the following.

Open all-explorer and go to IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall

If you have anything listed in this folder delete it, remember you can only view this folder with All-explorer and

not activsync.

Once this is done you should be able to reinstall AI Album with out any problems.

One last point as you have a new card the best thing to do is copy all the data from one card to the other

This will save you reinstalling everything from scratch.

I used this method copying from my phone to a card reader and just put the new card in and away I went.

the fist thing did not work so i am doin a hard reset now i will let you now

if that fixs the problem
