r8 ROM Update

Hi All,

I picked up my new Vega this morning, and have spent the last 10 hours trying to get this update on it!! AARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!! I have tried everything! Read all walkthroughs, watched youtube vids, everything! Can somebody please talk me through it from start to end, in really simple terms?
