My camera button simply doesn't work, have to use the camera app, but it is ok. Found a green stuck pixel on the LCD, tried calling them for exchange, obviously still out of stock. Still waiting at the moment and hopefully they are back in stock within 28 days!
Guest Bazabaza Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 Same here. camera button does not work, but camera app fine. Can we remap buttons?
Guest Bazabaza Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 actually does work, just have to do a long press http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index...Streak#Official
Guest Gavjbrown Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 (edited) Still pretty crap. I managed to take 1 photo out of 8 attemps using the button. Hit and miss getting the app to open with the button also. By the time your ready the subject will be gone or asleep. Just tried to open the app again using the button. Long presses ranging from 2-15 seconds. All failed. Edited April 30, 2011 by Gavjbrown

I prefer to use the on screen shutter button that appears when you're using the camera app. You don't need to exert too much pressure to take a shot and risk blurring your shots.
