Changing SD card - Phone not booting properly

Hi all, got a bit of a problem here,

I've got an 8GB Micro SD card (Transcend if that matters) which has no data on it.

Whenever I put it into my OSF/Blade (I'm using the normal 2GB one), The phone would freeze, and if restarted,

the phone would go to the green android screen, then a few seconds later the android logo screen (I'm using SwedishSpring RLS4B)

but then just freezes.

Any solutions? Should I back everything on my 2gb card to my computer, then copy all that onto my 8gb card?

Thanks

Help anyone?

Which version of the phone do you have?

The one that definitely seems to work is the Sandisk 16gb Class 4 card.

Best solution would be to wipe and reflash the ROM with the new SDCard in the phone. I think the problem is due to Swedish Spring using Apps2SD so it can't find the files so it can't boot? Not sure though.

Well I downgraded from my 2gb from my Blade and put my old 1gb with old images of family and stuff. Well soon I ran out of memory on it and I transferred all the files of the 1gb onto the 2gb one and found that it would freeze. I then flashed a new rom onto it and it is all working as of 10:14pm of today. So just re-flash or upgrade the rom and hopefully it will resume working again.
